Where are the classes held?

Classes are held outdoors wherever I am in Australia. Follow me on Instagram to see my current location.

What should I bring for an outdoor class?

Bring a yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes, and good energy!

 

Are classes held in case of rain?

Outdoor classes may be moved under shelter or adapted depending on the weather.

What yoga styles do you offer?

My classes vary depending on the day and energy:

  • Morning: Dynamic yoga (HIIT Yoga, Workout, Flow…)

  • Evening: Gentle yoga (Yin, Relaxation, Stretch, Meditation)

  • Duo or Acro Yoga formats, playful and accessible
    Always with a fun, inclusive, and creative approach.

 

What language are the classes in?

Depending on the group, mainly in English, but I can also teach classes specifically in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
